Green Crow Yoga
Nada is an ancient meditation practice. Nada yoga means “union through sound”. Students say that they experience great relief from neck stiffness and backache through nada yoga. It is also helping people who are stressed out to calm down.
Classes can be designed to suit your needs. Individuals and groups are welcome
