Arthritis Ireland is running a self-management programme, “Living Well with Arthritis Programme and Related Conditions” in Waterford City this spring.
In just 6 weekly 2 ½ hour sessions people will learn how to: manage pain, reduce your fatigue, introduce exercise and relaxation into your daily life, increase your self-confidence to manage your arthritis, improve your sense of well-being and meet and share experiences with people with arthritis who are coping with many of the same issues as you.
It starts on Tuesday 3rd April in Edmund Rice Heritage Centre Waterford
Each session 7pm-9.30pm.
Fee: €32 (€24 for medical card holders) for all 6 sessions.
